Those wishing to attend the Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC) have until September 15 to register online and receive a discounted rate, after which point ticket prices will increase. PASIC is the largest annual gathering of percussionists in the world and is typically held at the Indianapolis Convention Center in the days leading up to and including the second weekend in November; this year's convention will take place from November 9-12. Percussionists from across all musical genres and interests will find plenty to do, with dozens of performances, clinics, masterclasses, competitions, panel discussions, and other presentations filling each day with a full range of percussion content, including world music, classical orchestral/band music, marching percussion, jazz, rock/pop, and more. When attendees are ready to shop, they can also visit the Expo Hall, where they can visit vendor booths and purchase instruments, hardware, electronics, sticks/mallets, sheet music, and much more.

If you are unsure whether you can attend at this time, have no fear: you can still register online and receive a lesser discounted rate until November 1, or you can register on site at the convention at full price.
