Master of Music (MM) in Instrumental Performance or Composition
Graduate students pursuing this degree receive extremely advanced, specialized instruction towards developing a performance or composition career. This graduate degree culminates in a graduate recital and prepares students to enter the professional sphere. Students pursuing careers in post-secondary education (college or university teaching) will most likely go on to doctoral study following this degree.
Master of Music Education (MME)
This degree is designed for advanced study for public educators who already have their initial certification. Classes are scheduled to allow degree completion either as a full-time or part-time student.

Bachelor of Music Education (BME) in Instrumental Music
Students who successfully complete this degree are certified to teach music in grades K-12 in the state of Arkansas.
Bachelor of Music (BM) in Performance, Composition, or Jazz Studies
Students pursuing this degree receive particularly rigorous training in order to prepare them for specialized careers such as orchestral or freelancing performer, composer, or university professor. Most students receiving a BM will then pursue a graduate degree in their field (i.e. Master of Music).
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music
Career opportunities in this degree are varied within the liberal arts and may be dictated by the required chosen minor.
Music Minor
A minor in music is designed to support students interest in music and jazz studies - theoretically, all music courses, ensembles, and individual lessons can be used to satisfy the music minor.
