Band students across the state of Arkansas have begun their All-Region audition practice in earnest, with percussionists flocking to the practice rooms (we hope!) to prepare their snare drum, keyboard, and timpani etudes. The 2022-2023 year will incorporate ASBOA Set III, which includes the following solo material for high school students:

· Keyboard: Modern School for Xylophone, Marimba, and Vibraphone (Goldenberg), Allegro assai (page 97), beginning to J
· Timpani: Musical Studies for the Intermediate Timpanist (Whaley), page 21
